About Red Letter Nexus

Built alongside the clinics we serve.

We didn't just build a telemedicine platform. We built it while running marketing, operations, and growth for a real practice — so every feature solves a problem a working clinic actually hits.

Our Story

The platform we wished existed.

Red Letter Nexus started because we were tired of the same problem every telemedicine clinic faces: too many disconnected tools, too much manual work, and not enough visibility into what's actually driving growth.

Running ad campaigns in one tool, managing patients in another, sending prescriptions through a third, and piecing together revenue data from spreadsheets. It worked — until it didn't.

So we built what we wished existed: a single platform where patient acquisition, clinic operations, pharmacy ordering, and marketing all live together. Not as integrations. Not as plugins. As one system designed around the way telemedicine actually works.

Today, Red Letter Nexus is a subsidiary of Red Letter Investment Group, and we're focused on one mission: giving telemedicine clinics the infrastructure and growth engine they need to scale — so they can spend less time on operations and more time on patient care.

What We Believe

Three principles that shape every decision.

01Principle

Operators First

Every feature we build starts with one question: does this make running a clinic easier? If the answer isn't an obvious yes, we don't build it.

02Principle

No Duct Tape

Integrations break. Data gets lost between tools. We build everything into one platform so you never have to worry about what's connected to what.

03Principle

Your Growth Is Our Growth

We don't succeed unless you do. That's why we invest in your marketing, your patient acquisition, and your long-term revenue — not just software licenses.

The Team

A small team of operators running what we build.

Every person here has felt the pain of duct-taped tools and is working to make sure you don't have to.
